How tuition works
Every family's days are different, so we explain what sets tuition. Our enrollment page has the figures, and Gertrudis goes through them with you.
Tuition depends on your child's grade group, how many afternoons a week your child comes (five, three or two) and whether vacation-week days come with it. The figures for each are on our enrollment page, and Gertrudis goes through them with you at the tour.
Afternoons a week: five, three or two
Vacation weeks are booked by the week
Registration
A registration fee sets up your child's file: the forms, the pickup list and the staff time to enter them. It is due when you register on the enrollment page, and it is separate from tuition.
Holding a place
A place is held once you register and pay the first month. When we are full, we keep a waitlist in the order families asked, and we call the next family before we send a message. Offers go out in Spanish or English, as you prefer.
Offers go out by phone first
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly through our enrollment page, with autopay if you choose it. Vacation weeks are billed by the week, before the week starts. Bills and reminders come in the language you choose.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether assistance is open this month. If your family has a Massachusetts child care assistance approval, we will explain how it works here and what paperwork we need.
Siblings
A second child in the same family is handled differently on the bill, and Gertrudis explains how at the tour. Brothers and sisters can share the same days or come on different ones.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' written notice before a child leaves or changes days, so another family can have the place. A vacation week can be moved up to two weeks before it starts.
Ask about openings
Tell us your child's grade and the days you need, and we will tell you where we have room.
